i have no idea ...maybe the steady increase on 40 000 share average volume doesn't turn them on. why???? if a stock trades from .80 to 1.35 on 40 000 a day and goes up every day does that not show how thin it is? the bids are always there...it definitely appears to be being accumulated...maybe it's just because it's on alberta. i don't think i've ever seen a better looking chart, and feel a huge breakout to 2 plus is imminent judging by the trading pattern.
