As management of a company in desperate need of capital, how would you expect them to present - Noticeably anxious and morose? You guys who base your investment decisions on whether the CEO appears confident and smug(!!!???) are saps, pure and simple.

You might want to spend less time listening to cats and more reading filings and understanding businesses.
