Not only that, but somehow it just doesn't seem that easy! Billers won't accept a "redirection" of the bill from just anyone (only the customer, or an entity they have faith in,and a contractual agreement with) and billers are not going to be sending bills to just anyone that says "send bills to us". They will only want to create output streams to major bill distributors.
