It reminds me of Sun when it was trading in the $30 range forever. Never could understand why it traded so low in comparison to other techs then one day it took off. Wallstreet finally "discovered" them and embraced their technology.

SUNW did poorly for a long time because everyone "knew" that long-term they were going to lose to MSFT/INTC/DELL/etc. Now everyone "knows" that they are the premier web-server vendor.

WIND has a similar problem with people expecting MSFT to dominate their market segment. I think people are just as wrong this time because MSFT has no leverage over the deeply embedded space and has to be cautious in the less deeply embedded space because they risk cannibalizing their existing cash cows.

Recent execution difficulties at WIND have created the appearance of long-term weakness and the stock price has suffered accordingly. Those of us who think the weakness is short-term will view this time as a buying opportunity, but will have the usual difficulty forecasting how long it will last and where it will bottom. Those who disagree will sell and move on. Their selling will drive the price until execution is seen to improve.
