Many thanks for posting that...if I had cared to look for that information, I could have found it, but I chose to rely on other people's word and best hunches.

You have GUMM, I have HTSF. The MM's for HTSF are short over 33% the float, and refuse to cover. By the regulation you posted, it's clear that they are not required to. And now the MM's have a vested interest in driving the stock's price down.

Drat--the reg specifically exempts market makers from the rule. How can I get a job like that? <ggg>

Again, thanks...it'll give us something to read while we get our teeth kicked in every day.
