My guess at reasons for the Pop yesterday

Maybe institutions buying heavily to window dress their portfolios for the end of the quarter.

I think it was Steve Dube who first spoke about the basic investing pattern in NOVL that we have been seeing this year: People who understand the potential of Novell's directory based products buy the dips and accumulate and wait. A larger group of institutional investors want to see the revenue stream increases up front before committing to major purchases.

There hasn't been the panic rush into buying the stock say the way they had to be in DELL when they finally understood the business model. At least not yet but Monday gave us a taste.

On Monday we saw the institutions beginning to position themselves for the prospect of a good quarter at Novell and a Summer rally in the techs.
