People please forgive me I am just a little guy who doesn't know very much, I'm trying though. Does a business plan have anything to do with a company's future? Because if it does I think the following just might apply:

From the e-fincom site:

"The e-FINCOM.com platform provides financial services intermediaries with the ability to process online transactions with multiple financial institutions from one
site on the Internet. The only technology required for this business-to-business solution is a computer and Microsoft Internet Explorerâ„¢. Credit applications will be
the first service introduced by e-FINCOM.com, providing rapid credit approval in as little as 30 secondscheck to vendor payment in less than 20 minutes. The initial
introduction of this platform will focus on the be geared toward the automotive credit approval market and will quickly be expanded to other intermediary services
including leasing, insurance and deposits. The service will facilitate the maintenance of brand and other necessary marketing strategies for financial and lending
institutions and eliminate significant costs associated with developing the infrastructure required with the Internet delivery channel."

IMHO If they deliver this with the other CDN financial institutions on board....your investment will grow. If they expand this full range of services into the US and
Europe your investment will grow SUBSTANTIALLY. There are no other issues or questions.

Anyone who does not comprehend this is a conventional thinker and should not be investing in technology. Standards are being set. Kinda like agreeing on the width of the railroad tracks.

Regards,
Walsham

I spoke to the IR guy, he said that it would be later this year, MCF has some strategic aquisitions to make, also some announcements of large contracts to come out soon. Plus when MCF hits Nasdaq they will do an IPO, in order to give a substantial shareholder base in the US!!! I think that we will see that sooner, since US investors know a good investment when they see it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
