Yeah, I emailed them weeks ago asking about the "custom cds", which are a really good idea. What did I get back? a rude reply saying to write again in a few weeks. So I did and have heard nothing back. They suck.

I greatly admire a strong work ethic, and that is precisely the trait that did not come through in your original post. "But when any company needs to rely on the ideas and help from anonymous shareholders from online chat threads to keep their business afloat or help it grow, then the company has a lot more problems. . ." Companies who market to the public go out and hire people to provide feedback. Bob was simply mentioning the possibility that people on the thread--most of whom are very, very interested in this company already--may have a chance to play this role. "If they want my help, then they can pay me a salary." They can have my help without a salary. I own enough shares to make it worth my while to lend a hand when possible. Regards, Suzanne
