Lehman Brothers used to pieces of C-Cube to arrive at their $41 per share price target. They valued Divicom at $25 and the semi side at $16.

I figured out what Cube should do. Allow Divicom to go public, and then when Divicom's stock soars have Divicom buy Cube.
