David,

Thanks for taking time out to reminisce! I forgot what a wonderfully detailed contribution you shared then that totally and completely refuted all of Cowpies ridiculous claims of innocence. This outline alone could've and should've been submitted directly to the grand jury for both corporate and personal prosecution and liability. How he ever snaked out of that ordeal will remain one of life's curiosities right up there with UFO's, Bigfoot and good olde Nessie. If I was a betting man, I'd bet quite a few IOU's were involved.

Anyway, I can't wait to hear buddy Phil's attempt to change history or will he conveniently wait for the topic to change before materializing again with his pathetically transparent Mikie's the Man routine.

Hi David

you guys have a higher pain threshold than I do!

I sold my shares over one and a half years ago so my pain is long gone. I just like to lurk and post the odd thing just for good old times. Con Cowplands theme these days is Linux but I don't understand how he plans to make money when you can get it free from other companies.

I never did follow up on my intent to file a complaint with the SEC, moved on to other things.

I took a look at it way back when but I new there was nothing you could do about Cowplands actions. The way the OSC is set up in Canada for the TSE these insiders can get away with it.
Now on the U.S. front I haven't heard on how the class action suit is going but I know way back when there was one filed.

As always
JMHO
