More on RCC Finance:

When I did a full-text search of SEC filings for this phrase, I found their name mentioned in filings for only 4 companies.

Reading the filings, the deals were all much, much smaller than the $50 M amount mentioned in today's CYOE news release.

The companies are also much much smaller than the "mid-size and Fortune 500" size that is claimed in CYOE's news release.

Here's the list:

1. a lease for only $348 k, to a company called "Packaging Plus". Back in 1998, when RCC did the lease, they traded on the pink sheets, but not anymore. No more SEC filings either. Their last quarterly, filed in 1998, showed a market cap of $2 M, and a balance sheet with a negative amount for cash. My guess is that they went BK, but there's no way to know for sure.

2. a $1 M lease to a company called Object Soft. Stock is OSFT, market cap is $8 M.

3. a $3 M line of credit to a company called "Econophone", secured by their telephone equipment. Stock is DEST, market cap is $31 M.

4. Some kind of credit issued to mail.com, this one didn't give an amount.
