LOL! We'll just see who's WAGs are better, Larry!

Truth is, if Valence wanted to give shares to someone who'd dump them right back into the market, why not go to Castle Creek, and then get them to just erase the floorless like they did last time?

Answer: the company didn't sell to anyone who'd operate in such a manner. My WAG is the new investor is holding on to all his shares.

BTW, you reeeaaaalllyyy didn't mean to suggest that all 480,824 shares were sold already... even you know that with double counting on the Nasdaq, there's 'no way' possible that the deed could have been done... You seem to be somewhat attached to a negative outcome here, and it's slipping through... just another WAG! ;-)

<<Rich, I doubt whether our new "investor" at $6.24 still has any shares left. Somebody was unloading nice big blocks in the mid $7's yesterday.>>

Another typically asinine and foolish statement by Brubaker.

The private placement was pretty small 480,000 shares $3mil. They only need a few bucks before some major announcement and a larger offering will take place when the stock is much higher.

Brubaker probably lost another $300 trying to day trade.

What a lout!
