Chuck: re tax consequences and audience

Taxes: They only come into play if you sell the stock. I don't see how going from a Strong Buy to a Buy is an encouragement to sell the stock and incur a potential tax liability (if the stock gets 20% above my target, I lower to a Hold - an English term that infers retention - and I use an Avoid at 50% above the target; that's where your question becomes pertinent).

Audience: Needham and Company is entirely institutional.

Hope this helps. - Tad LaFountain
