Dorine: I've been an owner of DCTC since January. I think all companies do their thing as far as shareholder notification of meetings. I own WCOM and received my notice for a meeting 2 days prior to the meeting. So as far as I see this isn't too bad. Could have been worse. I have appreciated all the reading on this thread; never felt I had anything to contribute since you all did such a great job. kc

Dorine, the SEC only requires that proxies be mailed 20 days prior to the meeting date. And, since most of us own our shares in street name, the proxy will be mailed first to our broker. We'll have to wait further for Schwab, DLJ, etc. to mail the proxies to us. Probably the only timely way we'll see the proxy is to get it off EDGAR when its filed on the day its put in the mail.

All in all, its unfortunate, but not much different than many other companies in which I own stock.

Tom

Dorine, you make a valid point about shareholders not online, reading SI, RB, Yahoo, etc. They are definitely out of ANY kind of loop.
