"Note: Hope that helps to explain, no need to read tween the lines, if you read you can comprehend."

Barbara.....YES, I CAN READ! I could actually read as well as comprehend early in my childhood years. I was asking for a point of clarification only. Those were 2 simple questions i asked...sorry to have bothered you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"That would be a demonstration for some to voice ( vent ) their frustration at the lack of ANY KIND OF PUBLIK ( K intentional )
statement."

Read between the lines? huh? I have NO CLUE about your reference to the spelling....way too cryptic, way too many possibilities here.

To All:
I can't address abstaining from voting until i know content of the proxy....(cart b4 proverbial horse, IMHO)....gee, it COULD be something i would NOT want to abstain from voting on! Not responding means DCI directors vote FOR me.

If shareholders are in the drivers seat, so to speak, then the ACTUAL VOTING via proxy or during the actual shareholder meeting IS, IN FACT, the exercise of that voice.

If...yes IF....there happens to be an "abstain" choice on the proxy, then cart is still before the horse until we know CONTENT of the proxy. If "abstain from voting" means NOT voting...that totally baffles me. It seems much akin to complaining about an elected official, having not bothered to vote. I'll be voting, PERIOD.
