Interesting, particularly as, if I recall correctly, First Energy was actively selling ELK near its lows of the year in March/April. Nice to see it's at a premium to the market.

Yes, you could see that coming from miles away. I had them pencilled in at 25 MM F/D shares for months. I wonder what chunk of the issue, if any, are the insiders taking down. Any idea?
