<We're resting..I feel aother push coming past $14..> I hope you're right. If we push above 13 9/16, it will happen, but "if" is the operative word. My impression - and it's only that - is that the runup to 13 1/2 occurred on flurries of buys by smaller traders (1000-3000). I didn't notice that many "block" trades (i.e. >5000 shares). Can anyone give us any input as to that? If we don't have these bigger trades running on the positive tide, it will be very difficult to scale 14 today.

Sector: Longer term TA. MRVC 50 EMA crossed the 200 EMA three days ago and is the first time this has occurred since approx. June '95. dailystocks.com ASND 50 day crossed 200 day in May '98. However, MRVC is no ASND dailystocks.com MRVC may have a pattern similar to COMS. dailystocks.com Selected forthcoming 52 year high dates for MRVC. July 14 - 23.5 July 23 - 23 July 26 - 22.9375 (2Q earnings) Aug 1 - 21.125 Aug 18 - 20.5 Aug 20 - 19.125 Aug 25 - 18.25 Aug 27 - 16.5 (We do remember that day!) Aug 30 - 14.5625 So August may be a very interesting month. But what will the general market be doing them. Who knows. Ron
