Not sure its any more or less than others as whole BBFW sector off today and recently. Announcing debt covenant loosening around same time as rate hike speculation may be poor timing on what should eventually be a positive. ART web site now shows other major cities they are going into this year though their release only mentioned
3 operational.

This is not a pretty chart: http://~wsapi/investor/chart?s=artt&pts=15&span=Days

Possible pressures:

* Stock is tired after a major run-up. Momentum players drifting away.

* If QWST wins USW will it prevent them from partnering with ARTT in USW territories?

* Will the current debt-holders OK the QWST deal? (Still wondering why ARTT doesn't use its improved credit rating to refi the 14% debt, eliminating the consent issue and saving the 3% kicker.)

* Will ARTT announce anything interesting before the deal is finalized in August?

* Will WCII try to sabotage the deal somehow?

* General (Fed-related?) downward drift in the telecom sector.
