Yes I believe there was no shorts of consequence in this stock before the financing. So yes I believe the way the financing was structured encouraged the short position to increase. Yes that is what I mean by stupid and boneheaded. Experienced finance people do NOT structure financing that enables short players to become bold. Now the company further exacerbates the situation by trying some distribution thing that wasn't completely thought through. That is also stupid and boneheaded and makes the BB stocks reputation look even worse than they probably are. Yep I am right in the middle of the nonsense on this thread also but appear to be the only one who feels that above board transactions and honesty about management competence is valid. sks1
