I have not the information yet how Oppenheimer rated IFCI.... It will not be a "Hold" this would make no sense if you look at their buying activities right now ! Q2 Earnings: Nothing to worry about, revenue is coming in Q3. What has happened is that a sizeable project, for which Riley had crews and equipment ready to go, started a few weeks later than expected. can say if you are short and at what price??
