All (Sorry for stepping on your post, George),

If nothing else, one could infer that management has not gone out of its way to make the meeting site better known in advance, accessible, timely (which 9AM on an island is Not), reasonably-priced, convenient, etc. The best spin that can be placed right now is that because we do not know the reasons behind management's decision, that decision may not make much sense to the average shareholder. Whether through planned obfuscation or mere incompetence, the result remains unacceptable.

That said, management has plenty of time to arrange to simply broadcast the meeting over the Internet. It all depends on management's motivation. Does it want to communicate or doesn't it? If it does, does it want to do so openly and evenly or not? There are no unadvertised and unmentioned "held" rooms over the Internet. It is up to management to choose whether to truly open the meeting to the owners of the company, even if on a listen-only basis.

There are no SEC or NASD dictates here: the only sounds are that of management's credibility and its conscience. And the current sounds of silence.
