Wayne, Thanks for the kind words, we value your business. FYI, our webmaster is conducting a review of our feed process from end to end to ensure that our data is as timely as possible. We are also looking into adding a quality of service metric to the Ticker so that you will be able to tell if the system is slowing down for any reason throughout the day.
