I think a reverse split at this point would be a big mistake too. IMHO what MPTV needs to do is lock things down with the JVP, announce the name of the JVP, complete the Phase 1 construction, start selling units and show that they can make $$$ at this business. Throughout all of this they need to set up a steady stream of positive PR. At this point they're going in the right direction. But I think they have to prove that they can run the business and make a profit.

I agree DG. I've experienced a couple of reverse splits and never came close to getting my money back (breaking even) in either case. One of the RS was at a price even lower than this. You're right. Another reason to do a reverse is to allow the company to issue even more shares; shares they couldn't issue before the split. Count me out if RS occurs. bb
