All IMO, of course.>> Agree hundred percent and I believe their acqusition of RASCOM will fill that niche (Internet Telephony) provided the competition has not got a leg or two up on XLSW already. I believe that any company looking to acquire Excel will want to see how they succeed in this arena as plain old voice telephony platforms are becoming antics. There are so many new startups which are developing state-of-the-art systems, XLSW will have to make sure that it does not drop the ball until the game is over. They will have price, size and technical advantage. I wish the technology revolution will slow down a bit so that I can catch up with some of the happenings<g>.. Regards, JK
