Company Press Release

GoOn-line.com Completes
Infrastructure for Launch of
Interactive E-commerce Site

Company Signs Two Key Merchandising Partners

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 27, 1999--Scott Claverie, President of GoOn-line.com, a
subsidiary of Jones Naughton Entertainment, Inc. (OTC BB: JNNE), announced today that GoOn-line.com
has completed technical and service upgrades necessary to launch the formal grand opening of
GoOn-line.com in the second half of June.

GoOn-line.com's technical upgrades and site enhancements include:

- Equipment and routing agreements with Cisco Systems
(Nasdaq: CSCO - news) and 3COM Corporation (Nasdaq: COMS - news)
- Doubling GoOn-line.com's Internet bandwidth to accommodate
anticipated launch traffic
- The selection of Internet providers Pacific Bell and Qwest
Communications (NASDAQ: QWST - news) for transmission quality and backup
redundancy.

''GoOn-line's infrastructure is now in place, and we are implementing numerous enhancements as we
prepare for an exciting launch the second half of June. Our product line continues to grow and we are well
underway in production on streaming video presentations for our opening series of quality products,'' said
Mr. Claverie.

GoOn-line.com's new primary connection to the Internet backbone will allow faster, more reliable
transmission speeds. Additionally, ongoing system compatibility testing will minimize service interruptions
and ensure maximum throughput.

GoOn-line.com Adds New Suppliers

GoOn-line.com also announced the signing of two additional merchandisers, Cosmopolitan Industries and
Innovative Concepts Corporation (ICC).

Cosmopolitan Industries currently has worldwide Moped scooter distribution rights to merchandising
leaders including Kmart, Costco, FingerHut, Damark and Ubid. Cosmopolitan President Elliott Peikoff
cited the alliance with GoOn-line.com will broaden Cosmopolitan's consumer base saying, ''The number of
Internet consumers is growing at a dramatic rate. Our association with aggressive e-commerce partners such
as GoOn-line.com will keep us on a steady growth curve as consumers realize the convenience of 24-hour
shopping from home.''

Innovative Concepts President Sal Canino believes GoOn-line.com is a natural fit for selling ICC's popular
SnakeDriver(TM). ''GoOn-line.com provides us with immediate access to the active Internet user. Our line
of tool products is sold in such major retailers as Sears, Meijer's and Target, and on Television retailer
QVC. GoOn-line.com's use of RealNetworks (Nasdaq: RNWK - news) streaming audio and video will
now allow us to convey the many benefits of the SnakeDriver and other time-saving tools to a growing
market of Internet shoppers.''

Joseph Naughton, Chairman of Jones Naughton Entertainment noted the importance of credibility through
association. ''Jones Naughton's pursuit of established and respected trading partners such as Cosmopolitan
Industries and Innovative Concepts is no accident. Striving to become a household e-commerce name
requires that GoOn-line.com establish a solid reputation, in part, by the company it keeps. ICC and
Cosmopolitan Industries are certainly solid partners to help build that reputation on.''
