Hi... Pick up some shares awhile back @$1 something. Finished reading last 40 posts. I usually lurk and sometimes contribute. So. Pulled this off the RagingBull site. It might be an answer to this post:To: J L Segal (161 ) From: Charles B. The company almost certainly will need to fill out a new application to be listed, and provide proof that it meets listing criteria. Most likely this is months away. I would be extremely surprised if the listing application was for anything other than NASDAQ National Market. As great as SCKT may do, it's still a small company. - Charles From RB: By: clouser Reply To: 98 by emil Tuesday, 29 Jun 1999 at 8:52 AM EDT Post # of 102 FYI... They're working hard !! This was sent at 5:43AM this morning. ----, thanks for you inquiry. In order to qualify for listing on NASDAQ, Socket will need to increase its stock price to $4 per share and increase its net capital balances from today's breakeven levels to $4 million. We expect that it will take several quarters of solid revenue growth and perhaps some level of equity financing to meet these requirements. We do plan to apply for NASDAQ listing, but the timetable will depend in great part upon our success in growing the company over the next several quarters.
