Rich, I never saw them listed in the list of "insiders", nor did they file any 13d, if memory serves. I think that they have long parted with their first tranche (by converting and selling the stock well above conversion), but I may be wrong. It has been some time since I did a detailed analysis of VLNC's SEC's papers. Larry probably knows much better.

Rich, did I hear Lev say something about TWICE the performance of the competition's batteries? The discussion seemed to move toward the performance of the cells vs batteries where li poly has a packaging advantage. I'm sure these kind of considerations could fuzz our understanding of the various percentages and how they relate to performance of a laptop, etc. For example, a 50% advantage in cell capacity could translate into a 100%(?) advantage in run time.
