Thomas I changed your post because all I want are facts relevant to FCM

I took out the following points by you

#10) franklin's customer list; are these customers sited therein currently doing business with franklin ?? If so, is that a secret ? The Reuters order is public knowledge.

This Thomas is a question/inuendo/non fact If you want to make this point list all the customers that are no longer clients.

12) The Roger Bass theory and analysis

exchange2000.com;

While Mr. Bass brings to light some interesting facts not all that he said is still relevant. Why not go back to his posts and pull out any facts that are still current relevant to FCM now

16) Mob lynching of negative posters
Not a material fact to the investment just a fact that negative posters are for the most part sarcastic, uniformed, snooty, irresponsible, and generally wrong. that of course is just my not meant to offensive you of late.

17) Competition's best of show.

Thomas again this is not a negative to FCM just a positive to those companies. Fact is FCM has been awarded a few of their own.

22) Cybervox.com, under construction, will it be another Intrine.com

Thomas is it another intrine? Please provide the basis for that statement other than phone number locations being 266 miles from somewhere else

24) Recent port count sales. ( seth's item# 10 ) If there are currently 10,500 ports sold., and we are looking at 20,000 by year end, that is either one or two of the projections below. Seth could not quantify his projections when I asked about it.
a) The first is, if these 10,500 ports were sold by Q ending March 31, 1999, then the balance of three quarters would share 9,500 additional ports. 3,166 per Q ????
b) The second theory would be 10,500 ports sold as of the date of seth's post June 27, 1999. Leaving a balance of 9,500 projected port sales to be delivered by end of year. 4,750 per Q.
c) Either projection slows growth dramatically ( Correct ?? ), at least with that customer.

Lots of questions no facts. In all of the above the only real fact is 10,500 ports have been purchased and are up and running from USAT.

27) raleigh baughman's involvement with franklin

SO! this one makes me mad. RB is a friend of mine who is going through a unrelated law suit to FCM. IMHO a low attempt to continue to smear his name when nothing has been proven

28) If usat is still a customer, the cloud which hangs over usat's head from a continuing SEC investigation. Quantified by the SECquestions that have been raised about the accuracy and adequacy of publicly disseminated information concerning, among other things, the status and extent of USA Talks' business operations

Thomas USAT legal problems are an indirect concern for FCM shareholders. But while they are still buying and their checks cash I would portray them being a customer as a positive

All in all Thomas I thought I was more than fare. I could rip most of your facts but I will restrain in the interest of the challenge. Again I repeat the above are not relevant to FCM factuals that is why they have been pulled.
