Gene,

The the cycle's complete as far as my research into it goes but you've brought up an interesting point with the intersection of the ACT and the downtrend line. I'm going to have to go back and look at a bunch of other IL/ACT/RR's and see how that intersection might come into play.
Time to crank up the lab I suppose.
