(I think MU is conserving cash because they know they have $1 billion to spend on the TXN fabs during a period of very negative free cash flow that is becoming more negative. I don't know how much of the billion on the TXN fabs is spent, but they also have to upgrade their own fabs to .18 um and then .15 before Samsung gets to .12, if they are to have any chance whatsoever of survival. )

Don't forget the cash they will need to 'dump' on the politicians. -g-

ASAT the next big POWER SHORT. This company is offering large blocks of stock at steep discounts to the prevailing market. It's falling from a high $23. Sell some now while you still can.
