Shadow,
We needed to do it over the phone as this was an "enterprise" order and they have to call you back to confirm anyway. I work at a company that buys Dells and we get a discount from Dell for purchases. It looked like it was ready to ship in about 5 hours since it was ready to go yesterday, but the shipping "ended" for that day. We're looking forward to the new machine.

Product quality and reliability will go to hell. The last thing you want to do is "drive" the hardware, as fast as you can, out the factory door.
