CCSI is a Nasdaq small cap stock, and no uptick is required to short sell it. On the full Nasdaq one can always sell short as long as the price is 1/16 over the last bid, whether it is an uptick or not.

I believe Hawaii thinks short sellers pick companies at random and then say nasty things on Internet opinion threads to scare the weak hands out so they can cover.

I don't believe the uptik rule applies on a bb stock. Also, as you may know. You can short a large amount and cause the price to drop or you can buy a large number of puts which would force the mm to immediately short an equivalent number of shares in order to protect their position. Or, you just keep shorting on every uptic until the desired affect is achieved. In eith case. There can be no denying that short interest at approx 3.5 million shares has indeed taken place. That is approx. 20% of the float.

A very interesting position indeed.
