ConSyGen Signs Contracts for Y2K Consulting Services TEMPE, Ariz., Jul 8, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE via COMTEX) -- ConSyGen(OTCBB: CSGI) announced today that it has executed a contract agreement for Y2K Consulting and Audit Services with Market Transition Facility Of New Jersey, a member of the New Jersey Automobile Full Insurance Underwriting Association, and two of MTF's vendors, AMGRO and AIPSO. The Consulting and Audit services contract is valued at approximately $250,000.00. ConSyGen will conduct audit services to provide MTF and its vendors with an understanding of their current Y2K compliance levels and the amount of code remediation they will require.
