I don't own PCES, but am watching. It actually went from .13 to .29, and don't think all that volume is buys. Many of si's bigger names were on this at PCES .10-.11 so probably selling some at a double.
BTW I think this merger stuff may be rubbish, but a lot of money is made by trading rubbish Each person along the way added a little bit to the story. Who knows though,
