Gstone, as far as I understood, the 6 jurors who are in deliberation don't know anything about this issue.
Theo, can't you go to the courtroom, write a letter and throw it through the window into the room where the jurors are? Tell, them that
they have to sit in this room another 6-8 months if they vote against tobacco.
