to: Michelle Harris from: truedog The documentation you have provided from the Atlantic Monthly used the word "colonial" which is a clear indication they are refering to the white europeans who were the only colonials I ever heard about. The women going to the special hut with herbs was the waiting period for their "monthly curse" to leave them. As you say, you can not document your statement. A magazine article can hardly be considered documentation. They are written by people with their own opinions. truedog
