Of course you are wrong on this issue as you are wrong on investment assessment. The filing expressly states that the contents of the document are accurate through the end of June 1999. Fools believe what they want to believe. Continue believing what you want to believe. Don't whine when you lose.

As I just noted in a response to MGV, the VLNC 10-K states:

"...the Company expects that customers will require an extensive qualification period once the customer receives its first commercial product off a production line. As of June 11, 1999, the Company
has not provided any such commercial product to any potential customer, and therefore, has not started any formal product qualification period."
