David,

The great fear doesn't come from outside of WRS, but comes from within. WRS needs a leader who not only understands the Internet, but more importantly, has the willingness to break all rules and create a game for the Internet appliances market, much like what Michael Armstrong is doing to the telecommunication world.

I have been paying close attention to WRS for over two years. I can only say that this company has not been doing a great job at understanding and attacking the Internet market. Don't get me wrong, WRS has done very well in the infrastructure side of communication. But the money is on the client side. With recent announcements from AOL/NCI, WRS is getting closer to the client side of the Internet than ever.

Regards,

Khan
