elmatador---sounds like LU lost ---one fifth of the contract vs the whole contract --evidently they did handle the previous contract very well or the government would have been satisfied . I still believe the government is making a big mistake because when the next crisis happens ( such as KUWAIT ) there will be major communications issues due to various equipment vendors being incompatible ( hardware or software wise ) . It should have give the contract to one vendor even if it is not LU . BEST WISHES BILL PS ---When will they award the contracts ?
