And so I am while positioning myself to move should a change occur down the line. I am able to so profit due to Bob's call for a move to new highs which is looking better each day

Yes, you are correct. I've heard Bob say that too. It does make me wonder, however. Does that mean that Bob will not take a fresh look at his market timing model unless the market reaches new highs?
