I would actually love to see their income statement. We would learn a lot about how free ISP's structure their finances.

XSNI has a tremendous hardware buildout to deal with; I don't have much faith that they can show positive cash flow with those sorts of obligations.

The amount of cash they have in the bank will make all the difference to whether they survive the next year or two.

Maybe one day we will know.

LONDON (AFX) - Dixons Group PLC's Freeserve has lost some 10,000 customers
to rival internet provider themutual.net, which promises to give away shares in
Freeserve for nothing, the Daily Telegraph reported.
Freeserve hopes to float on the stock exchange next month at a price which
is likely to value the company's 1.2 mln customer base at around 2 bln stg.
"Subscribers and content providers are beating a path to our door and we
haven't even launched yet," the report cites themutual.net executive chairman
Clive Sinclair-Poulton as saying.
But a Freeserve spokesman said Freeserve has been overwhelmed with
applications from investors interested in its listing.
