I did not attribute today's gain to that news, but I do like the stance that EDS is finally starting to take. The details of the contract were not specified, but EDS was staying tough to protect itself. Entering into this type of big money long-term deal needs to benefit both parties. What was published in one release was that Conn. "backed out."
