Conversation CEO***

Well as I promised I tried to find some more info.

No responses to my emails, got me to call the company this morning and i was very pleased with my conversation.

The Ceo was doing some research in their library. I first asked about the emails and he mentioned that they had received over 2000 emails and calls this week and the investors relation team was swamped.

I ask him about his experience..he mentioned that this was his second time as ceo of a company and that he had a lot of merger experience. He said that he is going to post his resume on the webpage...soon.

I asked about the financials. They apparently got a new audit firm because they wanted them done correctly. (biggest problem is translations of languages). Both Pan Chiao and their own are being worked on as we speak.

I asked about the bank. He was explaining to me a few things. How they couldn't say certain things..but he did mention that their would be a PR coming out soon.

I also strongly believe that company will have a few mergers and aquisitions over the next couple of months based on my conversation.

He emphasied the contract and how many companies want to be involved with Pan Kai. They feel they have a number of connections, channels or doors.

He also mentioned that other experienced managment people may join Pan Kai over the next year.

I told him I was concerned about the way Pan Kai trades. He was frustrated as well saying that "We are so undervalued!"

So what can you do I asked? Well he figures that once a few developments start coming in to play. Things should diffently pick up.

Quote "Shareholders who stick with the company will be very well rewarded!", replied CEO of Pan Kai.

I was pleased with my conversation with the CEO and I am very confident that this company will successed. I am going to sit tight and wait for things to develop.

If anyone has any questions for me..please ask away. I think that was pretty much all we talked about.

Cheers
