I don't know but the rumor that makes most sense is VIA gets MII, Jalapino and the Intel cross license stuff to go with it; it makes more sense for TSMC to get the fab than VIA to get one.

It may be too premature at this point but I can't see too much of a positive outcome for the micro players and when I saw Intel's run-up, I decided to take a shot at it. Let's see.

From the original NSM offering, I seem to recall that they (NSM) decided to KEEP the MediaGX part of the business. Can anyone confirm or deny this?
