According to this article, AT&T won an appeal in the Oregon case: rd.yahoo.com*http://cbs.marketwatch.com/archive/19990629/news/current/athm.htx?source=blq/yhoo&dist=yhoo T did move from +3/8th's to +1 in the last 5 minutes. ATHM finished down for the day but off it's low. Has anyone else heard anything about an appeal being won???
