AMKR is, probably, becoming the largest packer and tester for RAMBUS chip if you read their recent announcements closely.

Let me say it differently - Amkor purchases and uses testing equipment from the likes of Teradyne. Amkor buys this equipment for its test and assembly plants. With these facilities, Amkor provides contract services to the chip manufacturers.
