I read the German text. It's more of the same: the product would reduce emissions and eliminate turbolag.

The article is written in a subjunctive mood which indicates that the writer isn't reporting these things as true facts, but only as what Hofbauer claims might be true. This is a fairly common practice in German newspapers.

It says that the price would be no higher than 'a turbo with a variable turbogeometry,' so that various sensors aren't needed. I'm not sure what that might be all about.

The only thing in this article that surprised me is that the company with the electric supercharger is identified as Teledyne, not as Turbodyne. Presumably this was an error by the reporter.
