It also means that present market conditions are unacceptable to all market particpants including SEG which had previously claimed the u-4 was the the Holy Grail.

Hi UB, <Seagate warns, SEG down 8%, why QNTM up 5%????> I got my proxy materials for tracking stock in the mail today. Lots of others must be getting it also. I like the part where it says "Throughout the year, the DLT and Storage Systems business consistently achieved gross margins in the mid-40 percent range". Nice growth rates too. -TOKO
