Actually, I think there is something wrong with that. The current tax code is full of breaks for certain groups at the expense of others, and when you try to rectify the original wrong, you end up creating a whole new subset of individuals that now get the IRS shaft. That's why the whole system needs to be trashed. The entire foundation is flawed and trying to paper over prior inequities will only result in new ones.
