Holographic Dimensions, Inc. Comments on the
Exclusion of Liquor from The Russia 601 Government Decree

MIAMI, June 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Holographic Dimensions, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: HGRM - news) comments today on
news from the Russia press that liquor products may be excluded from the 601 program.

Pursuant to Russia Decree # 601, a wide variety of consumer products will incorporate a hologram security device to insure the
authenticity of products produced in Russia, prevent their diversion and effectively insure tax collection on those products.
HGRM was awarded the contract to produce the hologram security devices. The project initially involved the production of
over 5 billion holograms for use on liquor bottles, computer and consumer electronics products.

At the request of the Company's customer, Spetsznak, HGRM has stopped producing holograms for ultimate use on Vodka
bottles and is shifting production to holograms for use on computers, electronic, and other consumer products.

According to Kevin G. Brown, President & CEO of Holographic Dimensions, Inc., ''Liquor bottles are just a small part of the
vast Russian consumer product marketplace which falls under the 601 program. Pursuant to the Russia 601 decree, the
products manufactured in Russia that will incorporate the security holograms we are producing include the following:''

minimum of 5 billion labels for our customer Spetsznak no matter whether
they are used on liquor bottles or Computer disks. The 601 program is the
cornerstone for the economic recovery of Russia and we look forward to

Pursuant to the Company's contract with Spetsznak, the Company will be
paid no later than 90 days from the date of touchdown of shipments in
Moscow. The first shipment landed in Moscow on May 28.

What about THEM apples. Make particular note that the first shipment arrived in Moscow on May 28th. We have all been thinking much earlier, I believe.
